As a Change Management and Communications Consultant, you'll Manage and execute communications and change management efforts for a high-profile Air Force program, with the goal of making an impact across the federal government. This will include extensive cross-agency stakeholder engagement and product development as well as management of relevant channels (e.g., website updates).

What you'll do:
- Engage leaders and program stakeholders to enhance collaboration across agencies.
- Identify communication and change management needs and provide end-to-end support to bring them to reality.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience designing, creating, and assisting with program training curriculum, lesson plans, online course catalog(s) (SharePoint), learning objectives, facilitated training materials, online training materials, and multimedia training products.
- Ability to advise, assist, and execute strategic communication-related products for a large Air Force program, including communication plans, fact sheets, bullet background papers, and informational briefings.
- Strong writing and deliverable preparation skills (including PowerPoint).
- Strong client and stakeholder engagement ability.
- 5 years of communications and change management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Secret clearance (minimum).
