**Server Position Overview:**

As a Server at our establishment, you'll play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our valued guests. Here's what you can expect:

**Responsibilities:**

- **Exceptional Service:** Provide top-notch service to guests, including greeting customers, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages with precision and courtesy.

- **Guest Relations:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with our regular patrons, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

- **Menu Knowledge:** Possess a thorough understanding of our menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials, in order to make recommendations and answer customer questions.

- **Cleanliness and Maintenance:** Uphold a clean and well-maintained dining area, ensuring it meets the highest hygiene and safety standards. This includes setting and clearing tables, and restocking supplies as needed.

- **Order Accuracy:** Ensure all orders are accurate, properly prepared, and promptly served.

- **Suggestive Selling:** Offer additional menu items and promotions to increase revenue and enhance the dining experience.

- **Payment Handling:** Accurately handle payments, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payment methods, while maintaining cash-handling integrity.

- **Stock Management:** Assist in monitoring and replenishing server station supplies to ensure smooth service operations.
