- Position may require long standing and walking hours while working at the assigned client site.
- Provide excellent customer service at the assigned location.
- Adhere and Enforce all company rules, regulations, procedures, policies and standards of conduct.
- Observe and report activities and incidents at the assigned client site.
- Maintain excellent situational awareness to identify suspicious activity, safety hazards and security concerns.
- Enforce access control and visitor management policies at assigned location.
- Conduct patrols to check for suspicious activity, safety hazards and identify security concerns.
- Maintain professional working relationship with property management, MFort Security Services, employees, contractors and other members assigned to the property.
- Responsibly use client and company equipment as security tools to monitor and document security activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by MFort Security Services or client representative.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification Requirements
- Ability to obtain or possess Illinois State Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) and a 20-hour security training certificate.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass drug test and extensive background check
- Strong phone skills and ability to multitask
- Customer service experience
