Bookkeeper
Job Description
Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.
Main Activities:
1. Record Day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
2. Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
3. Record all transactions in QuickBooks
4. Bring the books to the trial balance stage
5. Perform partial checks of the posting process
7. Enter data, maintain records, and financial statements
8. Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
