WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Floor Management:Create daily floor plans for each shift to ensure proper rotation and station coverage and supervise floor service in dining rooms during operational hours.
- Employee Management:Conduct employee evaluations and address attendance record issues and maintain communication with the Chef regarding food service and menu-related matters.
- Communication and Coordination:Interact with management, chefs, and culinary staff to address guest and employee needs and prepare purchase requisitions for outlets from the warehouse or support departments.
- Inventory and Quality Assurance:Keep inventory forms and stocking areas updated and inspect food from support departments to ensure freshness and quality.
- Guest Relations:Maintain direct communication with guests for special requests and handle large party reservations
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- Either hold a High School Diploma or the equivalent of one (2) years of experience in Food and Beverage.
- Two (2) year of related experience.
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT?
- Experience working in a similar resort setting
- Working knowledge of all Food and Beverage products, menu items and equipment
- Working knowledge of Culinary Union contracts
- Working knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations.
- Working knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and operations.
