What you'll do: ELS Internship Program is a 10-week professional and personal development opportunity meant to provide you with an in-depth look into the REIT Industry. With multiple career workshops, capstone projects, and an extensive view of various departments – giving you a look into post-college life! You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced company right in the heart of downtown Chicago. Our internship program is robust, and you will be involved in meaningful projects that have a true impact upon the business. We offer intern-specific activities, including lunch & learns, a group project and presentation to our executive team, networking opportunities and meet & greets with executives. Of course, our interns will also be a part of our summer company-wide social events! Your job will include: Establish Bank Reconciliation workflow/training material for Bank Reconciliation process. Assist in documenting various system processes. Aid in the development of new training material specific to accounting systems and processes. Experience & skills you need: Currently enrolled in a college or university program working towards a degree in Accounting or related field.
