Position Summary

The Architectural Associate is a position with incredible growth opportunities. MHTN supports technical excellence through continuing education resources, in-house professional development support, and mentoring. This is a perfect role for those with a professional degree in Architecture who are aspiring towards licensure. This position is responsible for a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard architectural techniques for small projects or selected segments of a larger project. We are mindful that project assignments in this role are in alignment with Architectural Experience Program (AXP) goals. Professionalism as well as the ability to collaborate are non-negotiables in this role.

The Architectural Associate plays a key role in designing layouts and features, which require researching, compiling, and recording information for assigned project work. This position aids project teams in the design process of developing, renderings, physical models, and project documentation under the mentorship of assigned mentor. It is important that this team member has a strong interest learning about and promoting social and environmental responsible design practices.

• Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
