An exciting opportunity to join the corporate catering team at Mi Cocina.
The Catering Manager is responsible for working with our Restaurant Operations and Catering Teams to lead the successful execution of all events. The Manager will work closely with Catering staff to ensure the event is a success and exceeds our Guests expectations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Hires, schedules, and supervises catering staff
- Provide leadership to the teams to deliver an Mi Cocina experience
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Catering Event Facilitation
- Directly supervise Captains, Cooks, Cashiers, Drivers, Bartenders, Servers, and Attendants
- Assist with Catering Food Truck operations
- Oversees preparation of the venue for the event
- Maintains accurate records of costs for catering services
- Become a registered driver of our Catering Vehicles
- Performs other related duties as required
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of event planning and catering requirements
- Ability to work with clients to determine and anticipate needs of the event
- Excellent supervisory skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Bilingual

Pay: $43,574.93 - $68,447.86 per year
