MIA Productions is partnering with ABSOLUT Sport to bring hotel and transportation packages to Copa America fans throughout this Summer's matches!

Are you passionate about being at the centre of large-scale, high-energy events and liaising with other event staff, suppliers, and customers? If you answered "yes", then we might have the perfect job for you!
MIA Productions is looking for eager event staff who will work on the ground during our Copa America package events to help ensure seamless operations and an exceptional experience for our clients.
You’ll be responsible for supporting in “on site” areas such as concierge, bus loading and line management, hotel check ins/outs, general event execution, VIP services, scanning, and more.
Note: This is a contract-based position. You will receive a contract with a start and end date for every event and the specific duties of this role may vary slightly with each event.
What you’ll achieve during your contract(s):
- Act as a front facing representative of ABSOLUT Sport and MIA Productions
- Assist with concierge/info desk daily duties
- Assist with hotel check ins/outs
- Assist with general customer inquiries
- Provide customers with dinner and entertainment recommendations in the area
- Direct clients to transportation locations
- Assist with transportation logistics such as bus loading and line management
- Assist with wristband checks for transportation days
- Relay customer complaints/suggestions to the appropriate channels
- Support in VIP areas
- Other operational tasks as required
