MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree. Two years of experience in software development and systems analysis are required. Additional related work experience in software development and systems analysis may substitute for the required college education on a year-for-year basis.
The incumbent must be able to work after-hours on-call support and system maintenance, as required.

Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing Java/Typescript based multitiered web applications.
- Developing automated tests for front-end and back-end systems.
- Integrating on-premises and cloud-based systems.
- Developing and use RESTful and Soap web services.
- Functional and non-functional requirements analysis
- Analyzing and maintaining existing applications.
- Preparing technical and user documentation.
- Providing user support and incident resolution.
- Researching new technologies and present results.
- Autonomously take small projects from inception to delivery.
Preferred experience in the following:
- Java 11 or later.
- SQL.
- Typescript, JavaScript, and the Angular framework.
- Jakarta EE (JEE) APIs and/or Spring.
- Html5/CSS.
- Using git as version control system
- Security concepts for web applications.
- Scrum.
