Maintenance Work Order Coordinator
Dept: Plant Services and Engineering Admin
Shift: Day shift
Facility: Miami Valley Hospital
Full-time, 80 hours per pay period
Responsible for performing wide range of Secretarial duties and tasks. The work order system is maintained and operated for the Maintenance department. Processes all types of work orders and reports in a timely manner. Completes other assigned work for computerized work order system and other requests. Ensures reports and monthly generation of scheduled work orders. Participates in department and other meetings. Must be available and onsite as scheduled or requested. Uses customer’s standards to communicate to those requesting work from maintenance. Complies with policies, quality, customer satisfaction, positive and safe work environment and financial stewardship.
Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED
Experience
Minimum Level of Experience Required: 3 - 5 years of job related experience
Prior job title or occupational experience: Secretary or office staff experience
Knowledge/Skills
Computer, typing, organizational and excellent quest relations and communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be familiar with computers.
Must be able to read, problem solve.
Familiar with and trained or able to use all standard office equipment and systems.
Ability to work on multiple tasks and to perform mathematical skills, read writes reports and communicates effectively.
Secretarial training or office skill sets.
Must have training in Word, Excel and Power Point.
Salary : $40,100 - $50,700
