Who are we looking for?

utomation Tester with good Insurance domain skills to test a critical project for one of our biggest clients in Insurance domain.

Technical Skills:
• 3 Years industry experience in automation with cucumber with BDD/Selenium
• Strong knowledge in scripting experience and programming concepts.
• Experience to write automation scripts (Java, Java Scripts and Gherkin)
• Experience of Automated testing: cross-browser, functional, non-functional, API, integration, regression, and acceptance tests
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient In the use of tools such as GIT/GitHub
• 2 years of working in a scrum or agile environment
• Solid grasp of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with UI, API, and Functional test tools such as Selenium with Java, Cucumber, Postman, Karate.
• DevOps philosophies and toolchains such as continuous integration, testing, and delivery.
• Experience with modern CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins/Bitbucket or similar.
• Experience with BDD (Gherkin, Cucumber and Junit) a distinct advantage.
• Prefer to have experience in Salesforce testing Automation Frameworks, tools, technologies, and Quality Engineering Methodologies
• Strong understanding of testing and test automation concepts
• Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
• SQA Analysis- Ability to read and comprehend business requirements and high level design deliverables well enough to create detailed test cases. Ability to map test cases to business requirements. Basic understanding of development lifecycle and quality assurance phases.
• Familiar with JIRA or other similar tools for Test case and Defect Management.

Process Skills:
• Should have good experience in running Scrum Teams

Behavioral Skills :
• Participates and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
