Who You Are: You will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams - Digital Commerce and Strategy, E-mail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Creative Operations, and Web Production to facilitate the seasonal refresh process. You will help support ad-hoc integrated marketing programs for Michael Kors, with a primary focus on site and e-mail marketing. What You’ll Do: Help create and manage the timeline for seasonal refreshes Coordinate the hand-off and alignment of seasonal refresh briefs to Creative and global partners Manage all creative and editorial feedback for each round of review for each refresh including Senior Leadership Reviews Ensure all milestones and content delivery dates are met and necessary assets and copy documents are accurate and included in the final asset delivery Gather and prepare marketing material monthly to be presented in senior management meetings Work alongside Planning, Marketing, and Buying to solidify the strategy and details for each sale/promotion period Develop timelines for sales considering the needs and requirements of Global, Marketing, Creative Operations, and Web production teams Help route content reviews to marketing channels ensuring that assets satisfy the necessary requirements and then communicate resulting feedback to creative operations Manage the briefing process, timelines, and content reviews for special ad-hoc projects ensuring consistency and alignment between marketing channels Create realistic timelines and ensure deadlines are metCommunicate with Global Partners to determine if marketing should be picked up and localized for individual markets You’ll Need to Have: 2 years Project Management or relevant experience in a cross-functional (pm, design, buying, marketing) product-driven organization or design agencyTrack record of managing multiple projects at once Project Management tool experience (Jira, Wrike, Asana, Smartsheet, Trello etc.) Background establishing processes, supporting teams, and developing relationships Demonstrable skills and experience in mediation, negotiation, presentation and conflict resolution Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with experience interacting with senior leadership A high-level of attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Receipt of the COVID-19 vaccine is a requirement for this position, subject to applicable exemptions We’d Love to See: The ability to think strategically, drive results and build a high-performance organization Proven ability to be strategic and tactical in a demanding, fast-paced environment Entrepreneurial, out of the box thinker Seeks out opportunities for self-development and continuing education MK Perks: Generous Holiday Schedule and Vacation Days Internal mobility across Capri Brands (Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, Versace) Exclusive Employee Sales Fav 5 Cards (MK Discount for friends and family) 401k Match Paid Parental Leave Thrive Wellness Program (seasonal in-office massages and more!)
