Job Description

Description
- Prepare, verify and record client payments and transactions related to accounts receivable;
- Create invoices according to company practices;
- Submit invoices and assist in preparing monthly statements to clients;
- Verify discrepancies;
- Collect on payments;
- Respond to and resolve clients' billing issues and questions;
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming mail, emails, and other correspondence, and
- Providing general administrative support.
The Successful Applicant
- Must be proficient in data entry skills and general math skills;
- Must be highly organized and have the ability to analyze information;
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite a plus
- Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situations;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment;
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule with extended hours when required (especially at end of month);
- Strong attention to detail is required as all positions involve responsibility for ensuring accuracy on critical real estate and mortgage lending documents;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and customer service experience;
- Ability to multitask;
- Capability to understand and operate successfully within an action-based workflow software system;
- Proficiency in typing, knowledge of basic computer functions;
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities;
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
