The Events Coordinator will support the Global Events & Marketing team. This role will be based in DC and be on-site Monday to Friday and assist with corporate events. This is a direct hire role and candidates will have a completed Bachelors Degree and have relevant experience in events and/or hospitality.

Description
- Supports the Global & Local Event Managers with corporate client events (in-person, virtual and hybrid)
- Works on event logistics including: venue sourcing, delegate management, speaker management, branding, supplier management, event technology solutions, theming, communications both internally and externally
- Assists with budgets, invoices and data analysis post-event
- Creates invitations via with email marketing system (iPublish)
- Creates and updates invitation lists via CRM system (InterAction)
- Ensures the firm's website and internal intranet site is maintained with up to date information on events
- Represent the company during events, ensures that events are meeting our business objectives and strategic approach to events
- Ensure deadlines are being met and support Managers with ad hoc tasks as needed
Profile
- Completed Bachelors Degree
- 1-3 years in corporate events hospitality specifically within Professional Services or Legal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strongly proficient using Microsoft Office
- iPublish & InterAction is a plus
- Must be local to the Greater DC area
- Able to work weekends & nights as needed for events
- This is an on-site role & candidates must be local to the area
