Job Description
Reporting directly into the Director of Operations, this individual will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of engineers and technicians
- Ensuring manufacturing processes and equipment comply with government regulations
- Develop and manage new programs that align with the company's strategic plans
- Create time efficient and cost effective manufacturing practices and systems
- Evaluate workflows and collaborate with equipment vendors

The Successful Applicant
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
- 6 years of experience in manufacturing in the industrial space
- Experience with manufacturing in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Background in metals is preferred but not required
- Lean Manufacturing, Project Management
- ISO and TS16949

Salary : $95,000 - $130,000
