Description
Quality Engineer:
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for product defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Perform data analysis and statistical evaluations to monitor product quality trends.
- Lead supplier quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop and oversee quality control procedures, including inspection and testing protocols.
- Participate in new product development by ensuring quality standards are met from design to production.
- Train and mentor production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage non-conformance reports and work to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to track quality metrics and ensure regulatory compliance.

Quality Engineer:
