Job Description
- The Software Architect is a hands-on role responsible for architecting and driving the development our low code, highly configurable SaaS product
- This product incorporates leading-edge technologies, from cloud-based mobility to data visualizations and artificial intelligence
- This role involves close coordination with the product owner and other key members of the product development organization
- Envisioning and architecting innovative solutions for complex problems, leveraging advanced understanding of software engineering principles
- Leading technical product design sessions, prototype work, and proofs-of-concept
- Hands-on analysis, design, and development to enable further product scalability and interoperability
- Working with the product owner to remove obstacles, review design, and ensure releases meets the needs of stakeholders
- Mentoring team members in design, coding practices, and software development policies and guidelines
- Actively contributing to software development design and coding standards
- Verifying all completed work follows best practices and engineering standards
- Supporting cross-functional teams in testing, deploying, and implementing the product
- Monitoring and evaluating industry trends and third-party tools

The Successful Applicant
- 8 years of experience in software development as a full stack developer.
- 2 years of engineering leadership experience, preferably in a C#, .NET, and Java Server environment.
- 2 architecting application, product, and/or platform solutions, preferably in a cloud/Azure environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to individuals with varying levels of technical understanding.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to efficiently learn and apply new ideas and concepts.
- Ability to organize time, staff, and projects efficiently.

Salary : $115,000 - $175,000
