Lead Landscape Foreman

```Duties```
- Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers in daily operations
- Plan and execute landscape projects, including tree care, garden installation, and landscape maintenance
- Build and maintain landscapes, including planting, mulching, and irrigation
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment

```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of tree care, garden installation, and landscape maintenance techniques

-Snow removal and equipment operator skills, loaders, skid steers, tractors, excavators,
RTVs, snowplows, snow blowers. Mechanical skills a plus.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Ability to build and maintain landscapes according to design specifications
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and their maintenance
