Editorial Coordinator
Michelin is hiring!
Data-base Management :
- Manage North American territory selection using Salesforce, SiteCore and Michelin’s pre-production platform confirming all data and photos are present and accurate for production.
- Assist team with creation of new establishment data.
- Maintain communicating with Paris team to resolve any errors preventing production.
Production :
- Planning and execution of digital content releases.
- Planning, execution, and review of restaurant surveys using analytics platform for all new and existing North American territories with the goal of achieving a regular update of all necessary details and contact information.
- Provide support to Director for announcement and press documents.
Customer Service :
- Review all consumer feedback received from central customer service. Respond as necessary.
- Communicate with restaurant professionals directly for photos, sustainability information and any other assistance they require.
Qualifications :
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Fluent in French and / or Spanish preferred.
