THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Agile Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the catalyst for change, guiding and supporting our cross-functional teams through the agile process to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and productivity. Your mission is to foster a culture of continuous improvement, facilitate effective sprint planning and execution, and remove obstacles that hinder progress. You will empower teams to reach their full potential while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering high-quality solutions.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Lead Agile Squad and ensure team is working efficiently on the tasks prioritized by the Product Owner.
- Ensure synchronization of several teams (Consolidate capacities, plans, budgets)
- Ensure that the right product/service is produced by the teams and that every team has the same understanding of the value (product/service) to deliver
- Ensure that the right product/service is produced the right way (use work organization that maximize the quality and the speed)
- Allow teams to take time to make continuous improvement by continuous learning
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience
- 7-10 years experience as an Agile Team Lead with Order to Cash domain knowledge
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- A passion for fostering a positive team culture and driving continuous improvement.
