Our firm specializes in creating custom, one-of-a-kind designs for our clients by infusing bold colors, curated patterns and unique wallpaper into all of our projects. This role will be highly administrative but also touch other areas of design – such as sourcing and construction management. You will learn and participate in everything that our firm does.

Please note: This is not a design position, this is a “do it all” administrative position that supports the design team and touches many facets of the design industry.
We are seeking a project coordinator to manage inventory tracking and logistics for our small boutique interior design firm. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, detail oriented and a self-motivated problem solver. This person would be responsible for providing administrative support to our team through all phases of our design and construction projects and ensuring all of the pieces are in the right place, at the right time. Candidate should be comfortable working in excel and multiple software platforms.

This is a great role for someone who loves keeping track of a lot of details, is diligent about following up, and enjoys working to organize every part that goes into a beautiful room. This is a full-time position that is highly collaborative.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Obtain product quotes
· Create product proposals
· Track all goods
· Maintain inventory system of all incoming furniture and deliveries
· Manage communication and coordination or receiving warehouse. Coordinate all returns. Handle damage claims. Solve problems.
· Manage physical operations of studio - including material samples, office supplies, etc
· Calling in samples for the design team – this may include “finding 5 pink velvets” for them to choose from
· Answer the phone, receive the mail, inspect all product delivered to our studio
· Perform errands in support of business & project operations
· Speaking directly with clients throughout the length of the project
· Calendar management
· Photoshoot styling assistance
What we expect from qualified candidates:
· Ability to work on location at our Bryn Mawr studio
· Acute attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at a time
· Strong communication skills and ability to manage good relationships with our vendors, clients and contractors
· Be proficient in MS Office, comfortable in navigating many software programs (Asana, Ivy, etc.)
· A minimum of 2 years work experience post-bachelors, ideally you have experience in logistics, production or customer service
· A Bachelor’s degree
· A positive attitude
· A vehicle (we will reimburse for mileage)
