As a Business Intelligence Analyst, your key responsibilities will be to participate in data collection and interpretation to support IT projects and process changes within defined functional business department(s)/division(s). Locate and analyze inefficiencies in used processes and/or solutions. Critical for success are the professional management and strong communication skills.

What it takes:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, 5-7 years of business analysis or related experience, or an equivalent combination
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a liaison between IT and another business focus, or experience working on large, cross-functional projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Familiar with project management fundamentals (preferred)
- Familiar with reporting: SQL, Crystal, Dashboards, Pivot charts (preferred)
