As a Project Controls/Scheduler, your key responsibilities will be to develop and monitor key project metrics and perform cost, schedule and quality control reviews. Prepare, monitor, and amend project schedules to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame parameters. It is essential to be a result driven individual who fosters a culture of continuous growth and seeks continuous improvement processes. Critical for success is excellent oral and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain organization and quickly make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

What it takes:
Bachelor’s Degree, 2-5 years of construction scheduling experience, or an equivalent combination of both
Proficiency in Primavera/P6 and Microsoft Office Suite
PSP Certification or the ability to obtain
CST, or EVP Certifications (desired)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Claim digger, cost control, change management, earned value and estimating experience is preferred
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
