Job Description: As a member of the IP Team, the candidate will be responsible for the strict follow up of the disciplined acquisition process, ensure formal communication with all the internal functional teams and the third-party or internal IP vendor. Specifically, the candidate must demonstrate an in-depth understanding of High-Speed transceivers and associated controllers (56/112G PAM4 SerDes, PCIe Gen6, CXL2/3.0), High Speed memory DDR5, Embedded ARM or RISC-V Application Processors, etc. The organization is seeking a highly motivated individual responsible for acquisition of the above complex Mixed signal IPs (and potentially test chips) across advanced process technologies (N6 and N3) based on thorough and detailed technical merits as well as a set of considerations of the IP vendors. Once any of the IPs is acquired, the individual will ensure the management of life cycle of the IP and associated deliverables through the different phases of the project (i.e. integration, verification, validation, test, etc.) as well as keeping track of all the lessons learned for post-mortem evaluation of the experience of all the functional groups. Throughout this process, the individual must synchronize and coordinate with the Project Managers. The candidate will work in close interaction and collaborative teamwork with various functional groups (front end, analog, CAD) and the product teams. Requirements/Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess: BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science Good understanding of digital / mixed signal design and verification flows and SOC integration challenges. the ability to work independently but effectively in a team-oriented environment.
