Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer/Project Manager with a strong background in full stack development and associated technologies to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet both technical and business requirements. Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. Schedule and run agile ceremonies including scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Provide technical expertise and guidance in architectural design, system integration, and development best practices. Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing strategies, metrics, and continuous integration practices Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely completion of projects. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any challenges that may impact project scope, schedule, or quality. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to improve software development processes and outcomes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 10 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Senior Software Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on modern software development principles. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, and Python with practical experience in modern React development. Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with project management methodologies and tools, and the ability to successfully manage projects from inception to completion. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
