Serve as primary Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for the assigned entities (functional or business unit); communicate requirements to business unit leaders; manage demand to ensure Global Workforce Real Estate and Facilities (GWREF) meets their responsibilities within the vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the voice of the customer to the Lines of Business (LOB) on all GWREF related issues globally in support of regional delivery teams.

  • Lead corporate strategy development and manage all large scale, multi-regional strategies.

  • Ensure the LOBs results, expectations, and goals are defined by being able to translate business needs into applicable actions for GWREF.

  • Manage expectations for LOBs to ensure that GWREF achieves partner satisfaction goals.

  • Adjust and monitor business and operational plans as business needs change.  Help solve business and functional issues and problems.

  • Assure appropriate GWREF resources are available to meet the demands of the business.

  • Work with Real Estate Platform Leads to manage Micron and client expectations and manage any changes to the support agreements. 

  • Support the global forecast of business demand for 3 to 5 years.  Including GWREF resources in sufficient detail to predict space and service requirements.

  • Demonstrates leadership and executive presence to build strong relationships. Educate and influence business leaders through timely, relevant, thorough, and tailored communication that demonstrates an ability to balance the needs of the business with the solutions and timeframe that GWREF can provide.

  • Navigate ambiguity, deal with constant change, and take measured risks. Approach situations with an open mind and consider all angles of a problem and evaluates solutions from multiple perspectives.

  • Leverage strategically broad expertise in GWREF subject matter and in-depth collected knowledge from all subject-matter-experts to act as a single point of contact to senior business leaders for GWREF-related strategy and execution.

Skills and Education Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate/Facilities or related field

  • University 4-year degree within a relevant field–prefer Finance, Business, Customer Service, Real Estate, etc.

  • Advanced degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate desirable.

  • Global perspective.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the company verbally and in writing.

  • A history of strong collaboration and complex problem solving.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to deal with ambiguity and change
