Summary
Under general supervision, the Assembly Operator performs various assembly processes and specialized technical duties in connection with assembly packages;
materials inventory; reviewing specifications and other pertinent documents in compliance with all safety, quality and ITAR policies and procedures.
Job Description / Responsibilities :
- Perform assembly tasks under microscope eight hours a day
- Perform 2nd and 3rd optical visual inspection, die attach, wire bond, stud pull, wire dressing, wire pull, Shear pull, Flip chip, Re-flow, Incoming / Outgoing Inspections, wafer wash, Dicing & Pick & place
- Understand the specifications and criteria on all the processes
- Know how to use Microsoft word, excel & power point
- Willing to be trained to operate assembly equipment
- Review Assembly specifications to ensure all the protocol(s) are correct

Requirements
Job Qualifications :
- Comfortable with microscope visual inspection
- Comprehension of incoming and outgoing product processes
- Must be a citizen or green card holder of the US (due to export control / trusted supplier rules)
