What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead CSC Manager position at MicroTech?
Overview
The Lead Task Order CSC Manager shall provide daily oversight to program personnel assigned to the CSC. The Lead Task Order CSC Manager shall effectively manage all tickets/tasks and communicate with the Government CSC lead to ensure proper assignment of said tickets/tasks.
Responsibilities
The Lead Task Order CSC Manager shall have a strong understanding of ITIL best practices and shall utilize them with the CSC. The Lead Task Order CSC Manager shall ensure CSC section is manned appropriately, with Contractors, during the required hours set forth in this PWS. Any scheduling conflicts must be addressed with the Government CSC Lead and/or Task Order Team Lead.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or IT related degree
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Minimum DoDD 8570.01-M and 8140 approved and registered IAT Level II baseline certification, with preferred Security CE certificate. The certification shall be current, and verifiable.
