At least 1 year of experience required. The front desk agent's role is to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. Must be able to work as a team player and have a strong work ethic. Experience does not matter if you are willing to learn.
