Microwave Techniques is searching for an Inside Sales Coordinator in our Nashua, NH location!

Essential duties:

• Screen new leads coming in over the website and coordinate discovery calls and quote generation.
• Proactively reach out to historical customers to check in and reconnect.
• Interface with customers around the world, as well as internal resources, to provide up to date information on delivery, technical requirements, and other information as needed.
• Maintain up to date and accurate data in all locations, including the ERP system, the CRM system, and network files.
• Contribute to team effort by providing administrative support for sales.
• Manage customer portals for compliance information, order placement, and order updates.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Sales team members to develop, maintain, and expand upon technical sales tools such as data sheets, website data, and other reference tools for internal and customer use.
• Assist with planning and monitoring of large projects; either technically complex or large volume, to ensure performance to customer requirements and proactive status updates.
• Provide support to the salespeople by pulling together presentations and or technical data for presentation to various customers, and for use as standard offerings.

Experience and requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in sales support or inside sales in a technical manufacturing environment.
• A customer service mindset and ability to partner with different individuals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Self-starter and fast learner who can adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems and practices preferred.
• Adept at all common computer/software programs such as Microsoft Office products and Adobe.

This is a salaried position, Monday through Friday.
