CallPass Payment Processor

Immediate need for a Payment Processor + $250 signing Bonus! 

SALARY: $15.00 per hour

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday

We are looking for an energetic and outgoing team member to add to our growing team. You will be responsible for the coordination and conversion of all sales order forms. You will process credit card transactions and/or set up electronic payment processes to complete invoicing process. This is a co-department position working congruently with sales, leadership, operation, shipping/receiving, and accounting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process all sales orders and convert into invoices for accounting
• Process credit card and other electronic payments to verify all orders are paid prior to shipping
• Deliver proof of paid invoices to Shipping Manager to arrange shipping and to complete cycle with accounting
• Work with tools such as FedEx software to prepare shipping labels as necessary
• Utilize proprietary applications for order processing and payment processing
• Provide backup support for sales support as needed
• Scan products with barcoding system to associate with certain sales orders
• Review and verify order information and shipping points to ensure 100% accuracy
• Process customers’ orders into the retailer system, ensuring all proper discounts, special pricing and/or arrangements, terms of payments and shipping details and accurate and properly applied to orders
• Ensure proper documentation to support orders/invoices are included during the completion process
• Answer all emails and phone calls regarding console, billing, and shipping details
• Data entry, invoice and document filing both physical and electronic, adhere to additional payment requirement such as tax calculation and shipping charges
• Lift boxes of GPS devices off the inventory rack to fulfill orders
• Attend department meetings as requested
