Once you have completed our Paid Training and Licensing Program, you will possess the ability, knowledge, and tools required to be a successful school bus driver.
Wage: $23.00 per hour

SUMMARY
Safely operate assigned school bus while following state and company regulations, guidelines policies, and procedures.
Provide students with safe transportation to and from school, as well as other school related activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform all driving duties with the utmost safety and use of defensive driving techniques.
- Maintain close communication with dispatch on route movements, times, and report any variances or route changes.
- Keep a route description of assigned route, understand the route description to know where each bus stop is, and the times to be at each stop.
- Conduct a pre-trip and post-trip inspection sheet for the school bus that you have been assigned include an outside and internal inspection.
- Complete all initial and yearly training. (PAID TRAINING)
- Perform evacuation drills of students from the bus twice a year.
- Maintain a clean bus inside and out.
- Fuel assigned vehicle at required locations using authorized card locks or credit cards.
- Where required, perform a daily/monthly time and mileage report on the assigned route(s).
- Drivers may also be assigned to provide relief for drivers on other home to school routes, activity trips, or other transportation related tasks.

- General driving: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
