The Family Services Assistant works in partnership with the Family Services team to establish, implement and monitor systems for the delivery of family services. This position provides supports to Family Educators in the areas of resources, parent meetings and newsletters, and may be called upon to substitute for a vacant Family Educator in order to maintain required services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); and four years of experience in social services; or Associates Degree in Social Work, Human Services or a related field, and two years of experience in social services.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
