Warranty & Clerical Assistant
Middletown Honda is looking to add to our growing Automotive Service Team!
Responsibilities:
- Processing all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verifying criteria required by factory or distributor.
- Reconciling all warranty receivables and working with the accounting department to obtain payments.
- Maintaining all service and customer records as required by the warrantor.
- Works with department managers to keep abreast of new products and services offered, their features and value, and any changes in price.
- Answers customer calls and handles questions about service performed or products purchased, or refers them to someone who can.
- Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
Qualifications:
- Warranty administrators should be familiar with dealership automotive warranty process. (Willing to train)
- Excellent written and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Self-directed and independent, but works as a team player
- Dependable, motivated, and goal oriented
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong work ethic, high energy level, and a positive attitude
