Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Manager to join our team. The Virtual Managers provide elite customer service for all Reliant/Midgard Self-Storage facilities by exhibiting ownership and accountability of the customer experience. They will perform at a high level handling all interactions professionally, efficiently, meeting all quality-related metrics and goals, and above all, act in a courteous and friendly manner while serving the customer. They are the face of the Midgard brand.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide elite customer service by understanding and explaining their in-depth knowledge of each property to increase revenue.
- Proficient in customer conflict resolution.
- Maintain a sales first mindset, centered on lead conversion, insurance penetration and autopay set-up to maximize revenue.
- Excel in all customer inbound and outbound communications i.e. virtual counter walk-ins, phone calls, SMS, emails and lead follow-up.
- Retain tenants who are attempting to submit a vacate notice.
- Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Inside Sales/Collections/Call Center experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with CRM software platforms (preferrably SiteLink, UHaul, DaVinci).
- Self-Storage work experience.
- Customer Service Experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone.
- Able to site for extended periods of time.
- Able to perform desk/computer tasks for extended periods of time.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Bonus potential based on tenure.
