Midlantic Urology, one of the largest urology practices in Southeastern PA, has an immediate opening in our central business office located in Plymouth Meeting, PA for a full-time Medical Accounts Receivable / Billing Specialist.

Position responsibilities will include follow-up on outstanding claims, correct denied claims, submit appeals, work with commercial, managed care, Medicaid and Medicare providers.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a medical billing office preferred.
- Must have experience with the entire cycle of a medical claim.
- Billing experience with ICD-10 and CPT codes, work aged receivables, familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurances, work rejection reports, process electronic and paper EOB's, appeal denied claims, account reconciliation and payment posting.
- Must be able to function in a team-oriented environment, display strong analytical, investigative, interpersonal and organizational skills, pay high attention to detail with consistent follow-through and be able to productively manage high volumes of work.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent computer skills.
