The Payroll Coordinator will offer clerical support throughout all functions of the Payroll Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately enters hours from time cards into payroll systems.
- Keeps detailed and accurate records of timecards, paychecks, reports, and other payroll related data.
- Fields questions from associates and offers assistance throughout the payroll process.
- Operates standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer.
- Maintains the general office filing system.
- All other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ensures accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and display excellent time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office other basic computer knowledge.
- At least (1) year of administrative experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
