What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Midway?
Description
The Housekeeper reports to the Lead Engineer and is responsible for all aspects of property management that include maintaining the cleanliness of the property, and providing a clean environment for residents and guests.
Focus Areas of Responsibility
- Keeping the leasing office, amenities and tour route clean and orderly at all times.
- Clean/Touch up the models and show units on a daily basis.
- Assist in basic make-readies and touch-up as needed.
- Follow all safety programs implemented by Midway and according to policy.
- Walk the property and report any liability problems immediately.
- Perform any and all duties called upon by Team Leads to ensure that the property operates in an efficient and economic manner.
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Lifting belt required.
- Represent property and Midway professionally through dress and behavior.
- Be available to assist in emergency or crisis support to the property
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Team Member service-oriented attitude.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar position preferred
