Job Skills / Requirements
As an Account Manager You’ll:
- Service and monitor contracts to existing Midwest clients while looking for new
- Keep an eye on competitors and generate/manage a list of prospects via systems
- Generate recurring revenue and meet pre-established sales goals – Weekly, monthly, and annual for contract sales.
- Leads that come from networking, cold calling, customer referrals, you name it, you follow-up Each warm lead should be followed up with within a 24-hour time frame.
- Set up appointments to truly understand the client's needs and develop a contract to meet those
- Quote customers timely and accurately for complete customer
- Check up on customer's satisfaction after the sale is
- Stay engaged in your local community and build a network through organizations such as Lion’s Club, Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, and Builder’s Organizations.
- Adhere to Midwest’s standards and Maintain ethical business conduct and etiquette.
