CSR - Customer Service Representative - Industrial
As part of our growth, we are adding a full-time CSR to our team. This position will be responsible for a wide range of administrative, planning, and other duties that support our logistics operations, other departments, and the achievement of Midwest’s goals.
The ideal person for this position will have industrial administrative experience, agricultural trucking or general trucking experience, a stable employment history, the ability to communicate effectively with others while maintaining good relationships and getting needed work completed on time and in a quality manner, confidence and an assertive approach, good problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, the ability to learn and retain information, good software and computer skills, and excellent attendance. This person will be positively spun, cool under pressure, able to think and plan ahead and be part of a really good team .
