We are looking for an experienced Store Director to join our team and lead our retail operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including customer service, inventory management, staff training and development, and financial planning. The Store Director will also be expected to develop strategies to increase sales and profitability, create a positive shopping experience for customers, and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Monitor sales and profitability of the store.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Lead and motivate store staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate store personnel.
- Create a positive work environment for employees.
