Mikula Dental is a privately owned, fast-paced general dental office seeking a hardworking Dental Assistant/Lab Tech in Livonia, Michigan. We are looking for candidates with a warm disposition, eye for detail, and a desire to put the patient before themselves.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, personable, and able to work quickly and efficiently without constant supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for oral examinations & assist clinicians in providing treatment and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and patients.
- Ensure patients have a great experience by providing excellent, educational chair-side manner.
- Ability to take dental digital radiography/X-rays.
- Assisting Hygienists and Doctors with charting (Chart-less Office, all Digital)
- Ability to take detailed notes and record important information.
- Ability to keep up and adapt with a fast-paced work environment.
- Comfortable working in a sterile environment and maintaining a high standard of sanitization.
- Ability to learn Dental Software or have previous knowledge.
Dental Lab Duties:
- Proper sanitation of operatories in accordance with CDC and MIOSHA.
- Sanitizing instruments.
- Stocking lab with supplies.
- Checking in cases.
- Communication with dental labs.
- Ordering lab supplies.
(Monday-Friday)
- Flexible Days/hours.
- Pay and benefits are based on applicant abilities.
- Must be eager to learn and accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
Must have dependable transportation, childcare, and a good attendance record.
