What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager/Administrative Assistant position at Milano Development?
We are a small family-owned property management company looking for a 35 hour/week (7 hours/day M-F) office manager/administrative assistant to handle any and all duties and office procedures. This job has a high degree of customer interaction and requires very good communication skills, but does not require managing other employees. Job offers a wide variety of responsibilities. Previous experience as a front office manager or office administrator is preferred.
Required skills and experience:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and good computer skills
- Quickbooks experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills; Detail oriented - able to plan and execute tasks efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication, social skills, and ability to deal with customers in-person and on the phone.
- Self-starter/proactive with the ability to identify issues and resolve problems
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
