Duration : 6 months
Location : Remote. Candidates must work EST time. Candidates from PA, NJ, NY, DE, and OH will be given preference.
Tentative Start Date: August 1st, 2023.
Objective & Scope
The objective of this work order is to mature the client’s use of Hardware Asset Management using ServiceNow’s HAMPro tool. Building on work completed in previous phases, the vendor will implement selected enhancements to the CMDB, IoT/OT (Claroty Integration) and maturity of HAMPro. Using the Roadmap, the vendor will assist the client in creating procedures to mature the client’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ITAM to be more effective. The CMDB must continue to provide the client with a single source of truth regarding its business IT infrastructure as well as a clear vision for governance and oversight, including impacts to existing resources and processes.
Position # 1: ServiceNow CMBD Consultant ( ~6 Months)
You will be expected to work on the following ServiceNow CMBD related activities:
Standardize IoT, OT Class CI forms
Standardize server classes
Standardize database classes
Standardize remaining hardware classes
Fuel tank standardization
Implement a CMDB Governance process
Standardize OT to golden image
Bundling asset
Reconfigure AV Equipment Category and mapping
Bar Code Scanning
You must have relevant experience and/or certifications in both CMDB/ITAM and related integrations.
Minimum Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist & Certified Application Developer
