Luxury residential property management company is looking to fill a temporary Porter role. The ideal candidate is someone who has prior building experience, has a professional demeanor, and can provide exceptional hospitality service. Open availability is highly desired to work varying shifts. Experience using BuildingLink is a plus.
Job specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming residents and guests
- Removing trash/recyclables
- General cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior of property
- Preparing apartments for occupancy
- Knowledge of tools and cleaning solutions
- Assisting residents as needed
Basic Responsibilities:
- Comply with company policies, practices and procedures.
- Represent company as a professional in appearance and manner.
- Communicate written and oral communication at the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Perform quality and quantity duties as expected for position.
- Complete company required training courses as assigned.
Basic Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Able to read and observe surroundings.
- Able to physically perform duties at the speed, mobility and force necessary.
- Execute tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform responsibilities with honesty and integrity.
- Maintain a professional level of stress tolerance.
- Possess ability to adapt to changing environment.
