RSIP Project Manager

Responsible for all aspects of project management including the bid & award, pre-construction, construction and close out phases of an assigned project within the Residential Sound Insulation Program. The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project delivery. They are the single point of responsibility and accountability for the project. Their roles and responsibility include but may not be limited to: the management of support staff including Project Coordinators and Project Inspectors, coordination with Customer Service Representatives, assist with review and approval of the contract documents, assist with bid review and recommendation of award, pre-construction meeting, submittal review and approval, field measurement meetings, material inspections, acoustical treatment construction within the homes, weekly progress meetings, cost control, schedule control, quality control, coordination/communication and issue resolution with homeowners, change management, punch list and project close out. SUPERVISION: Reports directly to the Manager of Construction and acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. Supervises Project Coordinator and Project Inspectors and coordinates closely with Customer Service Milhouse Engineering & Construction, Inc. was founded in 2001 with the goal of building the best engineering company in the country.
