As a member of Mill's Business Operations team, you will be responsible for taking business processes and partnerships from 0-to-1. You will work closely across business development, product, marketing, and operations to create scalable go-to-market programs and approaches, and ensure partnerships are launched flawlessly.

As a member of Mill's Business Operations team, you will be responsible for taking business processes and partnerships from 0-to-1. Responsibilities
- Take ownership of partnership implementation. Collaborate with partners to develop a joint go-to-market approach, acting as the day-to-day contact from the point of agreement signed through launch and implementation. Own the project plan and workback schedule, and ensure internal XFN stakeholders are .
- Develop scaled GtM approaches. Build first-of-a-kind go-to-market playbooks and assets. Identify opportunities to program-atize aspects of partnerships that will enable Mill to more rapidly scale.
- Cross-functional collaboration. Collaborate with marketing to develop and roll out assets required for partnership programs. Define business requirements for product, systems, tools and reporting. Collaborate with product & eng teams to contribute to the development and implementation of these requirements.
- Measure program effectiveness. Deep dive into performance metrics to facilitate internal and external reporting, and to surface areas of opportunity.
- 5 years of experience in program management or operations related roles.
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to understand and prioritize business goals and strategies
- Detail orientation, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Track record of running and leading operational projects/process improvement implementations
- Experience working in a high-growth, dynamic environment
- Data-driven problem solving skills and the ability to drive quality and process improvements
