Position Summary
Performs general cleaning and maintenance duties.
Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains a clean work environment by sweeping floors, cleaning walls, vacuuming, removing trash.
- Picks up litter and general grounds area upkeep and maintenance
- Move equipment and furniture when necessary
- Cleans assigned work areas inside and outside of the property.
- Takes verbal and written instructions from company manager and maintenance crew.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned.
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.

- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Employee must have clear, close vision for reading and computer/scan work. Must be able to safely squat/bend/climb. Will occasionally lift/carry up to 80 lbs. Push/pull up to 70 lbs., grasp, and talk, hear and stand/walk for prolonged periods. Job may require reaching at or above shoulder/overhead level and below waist.
