What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teller/Personal Banker position at Millennium Bank?

Our Tellers and Personal Bankers provide superb customer service while accurately and expeditiously processing a variety of retail banking transactions such as:
- Assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.
- Informing customers about bank products and services.
- Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.
- Packaging coins and currency
- Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
- Following all financial and security regulations and procedures.
Other duties include maintaining control of cash, performing various teller-related operational tasks, displaying a positive upbeat demeanor, meeting all of Millennium Bank teller Standards and adhering to compliance requirements.
Qualified Candidates will possess:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 years of cash handling experience.
- Superior customer service skills
- Teller experience (Preferred)
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent
- Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
